Privacy policy

What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out an order form, request a guide, join the newsletter or email us, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email, phone, property address and the details of your request.
- Purchases. Courses, guides, books and memberships are sold through Kajabi, our course platform. Kajabi and its payment processor handle your payment details. We do not see or store your full card number.
- How the site is used. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools to see which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and which buttons and forms are used.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule and deliver appraisals, reports, guides, courses and books.
- To answer your questions and send what you asked for.
- To send our newsletter, if you signed up or requested a free guide. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand what is working on the site and to show our ads to people who have visited it.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It records visits and actions on this site, such as viewing a page, requesting a guide or starting a checkout, so we can measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited. Meta may combine this with other information it has about you, under its own privacy policy. We may also use Google Analytics to measure site traffic.
You can limit this. Change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account under Ads preferences. Block or clear cookies in your browser. Use your browser's Global Privacy Control setting, which we honor. Or email us and we will help.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this business: Wix (website and forms), Kajabi (courses, guides, newsletter and checkout), Meta (advertising) and Google (analytics), and when the law requires it. Appraisal work is kept confidential as required by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of ad tracking. California residents have these rights under California law. Email Anthony@ValuedAudit.com and we will respond. We may need to keep some records, such as appraisal workfiles, for the time the law requires.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
